Workshops
Four 60-minute sessions for in-house teams and agencies, worked on a real brand problem from week one.
How the sessions work
We keep the concepts few and the work practical, because a team can only act on so much at once. Each session has one exercise. The same pairs stay on the same brand problem every week, and each session after the first opens with a review of the homework.
| Week | Theme | What the team does |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Diagnosis | Diagnoses the business problem behind the brief, before setting any KPI. |
| Week 2 | See / Think / Do / Care | Audits creative, media and measurement at each layer, and finds the gap. |
| Week 3 | Measurement | Separates what leadership needs to be accountable for from what teams use to optimise, and moves away from short-term platform attribution. |
| Week 4 | Making it a habit | Turns what they've learned into routines that continue after the series. |

A team that diagnoses the problem before it sets a KPI.
Sample · fictional data
See / Think / Do / Care audit
| Layer | What we do now | How we measure it | The gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| See | Brand video, once a quarter | Reach | We don't know if people remember us |
| Think | Comparison site listings | Clicks | We can't tell if we're being shortlisted |
| Do | Paid search and retargeting | Platform conversions | Never checked against sales |
| Care | Monthly customer email | Open rate | Repeat purchases aren't tracked |
The gap and one change
Every layer is measured by activity. Starting next month, we'll report repeat purchases alongside open rate.
Where this comes up
When the board asks for the numbers, have the answer.
Tell us where it hurts: the budget conversation, the agency relationship, or numbers nobody trusts. We'll suggest where to start.
