What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we keep what you type into the form: your name, work email, company and message. We also keep how you reached us: the page you sent it from, the page you landed on, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link.

We measure visits to this website with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't identify you.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, and we use the visit information to see which pages lead to conversations. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts this website and stores enquiries, and also runs the Turnstile check that keeps spam out of the form. Resend delivers each enquiry to us by email. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on these pages. These companies may process data outside South Africa.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months, or longer if you become a client and the work needs them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email neil@measurebyte.com. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator in South Africa, or to the data protection authority where you live.
