Maturity assessment
A scored view of how each team plans, creates, buys and measures marketing, with three priorities per team.
Why do it
Teams in the same business often work at very different levels, and an average hides that. Scoring each team separately shows where the real constraint sits and what has to be fixed before anything else can improve.
How it works
- SessionWe run one facilitated session with each team, covering Insights, Strategy, Creative, Media and MarTech. Each question is scored from 1 to 4.
- EvidenceWe check what we heard against your tech stack. If the evidence is thin, the report says so.
- ReportEvery team gets its own report, written from the full session record. It holds a summary, a scorecard, analysis by pillar, gaps, three priorities and a five-quarter roadmap.
- ComparisonGroups also get a report comparing teams.
The scores are the ones agreed in the session. If something looks like a recording slip, we list it for you to confirm, and we don't change the score ourselves.
You leave with
Three priorities per team, in the order they unlock each other.

Fix first 1: Agree one diagnosis before the next planning round
| Why | Strategy is the lowest score, and each team is planning against a different problem. |
| Owner | Head of Marketing, with the finance business partner (proposed) |
| When | Next quarter |
| Resources | Two workshops and finance time |
| Success measure | One written diagnosis, agreed by marketing and finance before budgets are set |
| Depends on | Nothing. This one comes first because the other two priorities rely on it. |
Where this comes up
When the board asks for the numbers, have the answer.
Tell us where it hurts: the budget conversation, the agency relationship, or numbers nobody trusts. We'll suggest where to start.
